 Hey! It's great to see all the amazing fandoms in the mix this year. I was very conflicted on what fandoms to request. But I'm satisfied with my choices and I'm looking forward to seeing what you make for me, dear creator.

General Likes
-Gen, slash, het, femslash, poly... all categories are fine with me. I'll probs mention specific ships I like in specific fandoms but when in doubt, it's pretty much all good. I'm a multishipper, so unless I mention a NOTP...
-Hurt/comfort or whump are great, but I'd rather not see a woman getting hurt (physically) by a man. I can enjoy seeing characters be comforted bc of traumatic canon events or for any other reason you conjure up. 
-Dark fic in general is lovely. I love dysfunctional relationships--poor communication caused by pride or anger rather than just stupidity, power imbalances, infidelity, possessiveness and jealousy, obsession, abusive relationships, all that kind of stuff. I'm okay with dub-con or non-con depending on the ship. I also really like kidnapping. For other dark likes, take a look at my Darkest Night Exchange letter. You can get a pretty good idea.
-On the lighter side of things... I love plotty fics but I also love character studies. Canon divergence is a particular favorite. If there are secrets in canon I love seeing them revealed, and I love identity porn. Time loops and time travel can be fun. 
-I really like kink, especially kink without sex. Bondage, following orders, and various types of pain play are probably my favorites, sometimes accompanied by praise. I'm not so into punishment and humiliation.
-5+1 fic
-Fix-it fic.
-I love seeing characters meet each other or get to know each other in different ways from canon, or seeing characters who don't know each other well in canon interact. 
-Unique narrative voice. Lyrical narration, fairy tale elements.
-Fics that correspond to specific events in canon (certain episodes/chapters/scenes etc.)

General Dislikes
-Pure fluff or pure smut are both kind of boring to me. It's fine if your story contains either but I'd rather it not be purely that?
-Kinks I DNW: watersports, knotting, bestiality, underage, bimbofication, ageplay, fisting.
-Eye horror :(
-Issue fic.
-Pregnancy as central to the fic. I don't mind if it sneaks into a gen or het fic, I just don't want a fic focused around it or around kids.
-Forced feminization.

Fandom Prompts

Kado: The Right Answer
Requested: Yaha-kui zaShunina, Kojiro Shindo
This is a fandom where I mostly want dark fic. Yeah, the beginning of the series was fun and all (and probably deeper and better planned), but that yandere ending was everything to me :) and I'd really like to see more of zaShunina and Shindo's ultimately fucked up relationship. Gen or slash are both good.
I don't mind if you include Saraka or even Yukika, but I'd rather neither of them be central. I just didn't care very much about them.

Some ideas:
-zaShunina takes Shindo to the anisotropic against his will. 
-zaShunina decides to hold Shindo captive instead of trying to kill him after their initial argument, and keep him prisoner while he continues working for the advancement of humankind. Maybe he's waiting for the Nanomis-heim to spread a little further before bringing everyone to the anisotropic. In the meantime, Shindo's kind of stuck.
-On a lighter note, Shindo is overworking himself in the first half of the show! How about a fic where he takes a couple days off, except with zaShunina, who values his human diplomat and wants him to take care of himself?
-Also on a lighter note if you don't like dark fic, AU where zaShunina doesn't actually want to bring everyone to the anisotropic and he just chills on Earth for many years. Shindo's still his best guy but he's aging and zaShunina...isn't, or he's faking superficial physical changes to mimic humanity but really it's all fake. WAIT THIS ISNT A LIGHT IDEA AFTER ALL.
-Dear Lord what the fuck was going on with all those slaughtered clones.
-Shindo's POV on that scene where zaShunina casually slows his perception of time so that Shindo experiences 70 hours in 10 seconds. Because that was horror fuel.
-Basically anything else with dark zaShunina is chill. Oh, and in this fandom I'm fine with dub-con and non-con.


Kakegurui
Requested characters: Yumeko, Suzui, Mary, Yumemi
This is a fandom where I ship a lot of things. My fave ships are:
Yumeko/Suzui/Mary
Suzui/Mary
Yumemi/Yumeko
I'm also chill with Yumeko/Mary, it's just not a real fave. And if you ship some other ship for these characters, you can go with that too! I love the femslash potential here but I also was oddly into Suzui, partly because he's so much more chill and normal than the other characters and I like how he provides a foil for their insanity. Oh, and I've only watched the anime on Netflix. I'm fine with you including manga elements, but I probably won't pick up on them.

Some ideas:
-Yumeko has been using Suzui to blow off steam after gambling matches since they always leave her sexually frustrated. It's mostly a fuck-buddies situation, not too serious. Mary finds out and wants in.
-Mary can tell that even though Suzui should be happy these days, with no debts and with a cool new best friend/maybe-girlfriend, he actually misses a firm hand bc he is def a sub. She gives him what he needs, possibly with Yumeko helping.
-Spin the bottle is a game of chance. Of course people at this school play it constantly.
-Suzui just wants to hang out with Yumeko and Mary once without it turning into a gambling match, but this has not happened yet.
-Yumeko and Mary betting on dumb things like what raindrop will reach the bottom of a window first.
-Yumemi wins the bet with Yumeko and Yumeko has to join the singing duo with her. Do they stay just friends/kind-of-enemies-actually or do they become something more over time?
-Someone takes Yumeko's partner or one of her friends (or more than one) hostage to raise the stakes of a gambling match. How does she react? How does the hostage(s) react?
-I'd prefer no non-con for this fandom, but dub-con is fine.


Alpennia Series
Requested characters: Barbara, Margerit
Y'all should know my pathetic secret... I've still only read the first book of this series. So, pls don't give me spoilers for the rest of it! So far I'm managing pretty well to avoid any knowledge of the plot beyond "magic and girls in love."
For Barbara and Margerit--in the first book I love the awkward power dynamic between the two of them. Margerit basically owns Barbara but she's not exactly comfortable about it, of course. I also love the contrast between Barbara being largely butch (though not entirely) and Margerit who's generally more feminine but still very scholarly and not entirely proper. Also, I'm open to the Jeanne/Barbara of the past or of an AU (bc Jeanne seems really cool), as long as you don't spoil me for the other books.

Some ideas:
-Barbara gets attacked and hurt or kidnapped by the people stalking her in book one, and Margerit has to save her.
-How does Barbara adjust to her new name and rank?
-Jeanne, Barbara, and Margerit somehow end up in a threesome.
-Barbara protecting Margerit from one of her enemies.
-Margerit accidentally casts a spell on Barbara--maybe a love spell, maybe a truth spell, maybe something a bit darker. Can she fix it? What shenanigans occur in the meantime?
-AU where Margerit and Barbara get to know each other while Barbara is still in the baron's service, making the power/social dynamic even more complicated.


Peter Darling
Requested characters: Peter Pan, James Hook
I requested this fandom last Yuletide and my thoughts remain largely the same. I love how this book plays with the idea of Neverland being real and unreal, and the concept of growing up and facing reality–how you need to do it eventually, but there are some things that you believe you can only achieve in your dreams, how you run away from the real world out of pain or fear. And I also loved the Hook/Pan or James/Peter ship (depending on how you look at it).
I'd rather have a fic for this fandom take place on Neverland than postcanon in the real world.

The Two Faces of January
Requested characters: Rydal Keener, Chester McFarland
Just found this movie but I really want more fic. Obviously I think this movie applies itself well to dark fic, slash or poly, but if you want to go gen or het with it that's also chill. Also, there's a novel that corresponds with this movie which is very good! I nominated the movie bc I really liked Oscar Isaac and Viggo Mortensen in it but if you want to use elements from the novel that's also okay.

Some ideas:
-Any fic where a fight between Rydal and Chester devolves into something sexual.
-Dub-con or non-con are very acceptable here.
-Obviously Rydal associates Chester with his father but how does Chester feel about that? Does he have confusedly paternal feelings towards Rydal? How does he feel about the huge age gap in his relationship with Colette?
-I'd love to see some h/c for Rydal. Chester doesn't necessarily have to be involved here, could be someone else. Just someone being nice to Rydal as he recovers from trauma.
-After Colette is dead, does it change Chester's feelings about Rydal? There's a scene where he says Rydal is the only person he can be honest around anymore. If Rydal doesn't betray him to the police, what does their relationship become?
-I have no idea how you'd wrangle this but I would love Chester kidnapping Rydal, if you felt like it.
-Chester and Rydal from an outsider's perspective: Do they look like a couple? A father and son? A pair of strangers?


Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell
Requested characters: Jonathan Strange
My favorite character in this fandom is Jonathan Strange :) I would really like to see some whump or h/c in his direction. Or some shippy fic would also be good. I myself ship Arabella/Jonathan or Grant/Jonathan, but if you ship something else, feel free to throw that in too.

Some ideas:
-AU where instead of Jonathan bargaining Arabella away to the gentleman, Arabella bargains Jonathan away instead, and he's stranded as a prisoner at the fairy court. Would anyone be able to rescue him? How would Arabella react to his absence?
-I love the scene where Grant (at least I think it's Grant) comes to fetch Jonathan from jail and says he needs to be taken home. AU where Jonathan goes along with this instead of running away through a puddle, and is given comfort for his grief. But will the comfort be enough to end his quest to hunt down a fairy and resurrect Arabella?
-I headcanon that Jonathan likes to be a sub in bed. Arabella ties him up or gives him orders. As a young, sassy man, he likes being put in his place--later, it grounds him when he's suffering from PTSD or feeling overwhelmed by magical politics etc.
-Just Jonathan in the Peninsula struggling with magic that takes a toll on him, or with a recent death. And maybe Grant helping him through it. Or him helping Grant with something, either with magic or with emotional support. Maybe Grant and the army coming to see Jonathan as more than a spoiled rich boy who knows nothing about war.
-Jonathan taking someone for a walk on the King's Roads.
-Jonathan after he gets trapped in the Pillar of Darkness, or during his quest for madness.
-Anything to do with Jonathan's troubles with his father.
