 Hey babe!
So, I'm asking for vastly different fandoms than my usual in this exchange because 1) some of them I just discovered recently and 2) there are some fandoms that dark fic is pretty much all I want from them, so what other exchange would I use them for? Anyways I'm psyched to see what you're going to write for me.
Also I liked waaaaay too many tags so I'm sorry but I'm pretty much maxing out all of them.
Also I lost energy as I wrote this letter so it's not that I'm more passionate about the earlier fandoms, I just had more energy. May edit later to make it all more equal.

General Notes:
I did not ask for non-con for any of these, specifically, but I don't really DNW it either. It's more that for this exchange I'd rather not have it be the focus of a piece? Because there are so many other dark options to explore, and even in non-con fics I usually enjoy the non-con less than the surrounding violence or dysfunction.

What I do DNW: Underage is a no for me. I don't want watersports or scat, I don't want ageplay (exception--Yashiro treating Satoru like a child is canonical and fine, just no ddlg type stuff pls). In general, I don't want character death, the exception being if I actually request it. Also, PWP or a fic mostly focused on smut.

As for things I like: I really like complicated emotions and character dynamics, power imbalances, whump, angst and dysfunction, obsession, KIDNAPPING, hurt/comfort (obviously I like the hurt but really I do like the comfort too), people talking through their problems, people talking their way into problems, villainous monologuing, possessiveness, and generally dark situations. There are other, less dark things I like, but for this situation these seem the most relevant.

If you want a more specific idea of what I like, look at my own fics and look at my bookmarks. That's the best advice I can give you.

If you're curious about certain fandoms: All for the Game is a book series that starts with a free ebook which can be obtained here, Erased is a live action series on Netflix as well as an anime on Crunchyroll, How to Get Away With Murder is on Netflix, Kado: The Right Answer is on Crunchyroll, and Gattaca and Monster are... out there somewhere, my dude. They're good, though.

All For the Game
Characters/Ships:
Neil Josten, Neil Josten/Riko Moriyama
Tags: Branded/Marked as Property, Breathplay, Broken bone, Bruises, Captivity, Character conceals evidence of abusive relationship, Character is dead and doesn't know it, Character's body is considered corporate property, Character's traumatic past is revealed, Family backstabbing and power struggles, Forced soulbond, Forced to wear collar, Knifeplay, Non-consensual bondage, Non-consensually drugged, Not knowing how to be loved, Return to abusive household, Scars, Self-destructive behavior.

In this fandom I mostly just love Neil, and I want both bad and good things to happen to him. I like Raven!Neil or a focus on Neil spending some time at Evermore (during the canonical Christmas break or at any other point) very much. As regards Neil/Riko, it's chill if you interpret that to mean "Riko is obsessed with Neil or wants to hurt him" but I'm also up for a more sympathetic Riko than canon (lols, that would not be difficult) who has some genuine attachment to Neil and is protective of him, or a dysfunctional relationship anywhere along the scale. Also, apart from that one tag about a character being dead and not knowing it, please don't kill off Riko.

Some ideas for some of my tags here:

-Neil being branded as Riko's property is kind of canon. What does Riko think of it? In a Neil/Riko AU, maybe he brands Neil because he really does respect him and want him for his Perfect Court, or maybe he does it in a jealous rage, or maybe he does it because he's just that possessive. Alternatively, what if Andrew does something to mark Neil as his? Or maybe even Ichirou (and wouldn't Riko be mad about that)?

-For scars and "character's traumatic past is revealed", I really would like to see Neil just explaining stuff about his situation and his past to Andrew or an oddly invested Riko or to a concerned outsider like Matt or Dan, and whoever it is offering some sympathy (though if it's Andrew or Riko, the sympathy might come in an odd form) or swearing vengeance.

-For "Character is dead and doesn't know it" I just... that would be pretty surreal, right? Picture Neil actually having died when his mom did or maybe even years earlier at Nathan's hands, but somehow he just kept going as a tangible ghost even though his body's in the ground. His mother just living with his ghost in the latter case, knowing he's dead but keeping it from him because if he ever realizes it he'll pass into the afterlife. Or Riko finding Neil and being like... "But we already know you died." Alternatively, canonically Riko is dead so maybe he just keeps on chilling as a ghost and Neil doesn't know how to explain it to him.

-For "Not knowing how to be loved", it could be either Neil or Riko or both--neither seem to have much love in their lives. I really would like to see someone treating Neil really well and him just not knowing how to accept it. But, as this is a dark fic exchange, I imagine it would come with a lot of trauma (and perhaps some of that traumatic past being revealed tag, hm hm?)

-Other tags seem largely self explanatory. If you write a fic that's just Riko messing with Neil (see: broken bones, bruises, etc) that's chill. I'm always here for whump with no/little plot. Oh, and it's also chill if Riko isn't involved in the whump at all! There are other villains around in the series, after all. Nathan Wesninski is certainly an option.

-I'd really appreciate some comfort, though, not just hurt. Because canonically Neil gets a LOT of hurt, and he does get support from his team but not as much as he might and he certainly has a hard time accepting it.

Erased
Characters/Ships:
Yashiro Gaku/Fujinuma Satoru
Tags: Amnesia, Broken Bone, Captivity, Captivity in a cage, Character sacrifices self to save another, Character uses phrase "it's for your own good", Character uses time stopping powers to escape real life, Creepy Fluff, Deliberately induces Stockholm Syndrome, Dubiously consensual bathing, Gaslighting, Grief/mourning, Hypothermia, If I can't have you no one can, Kidnapping, Non-consensual bondage, Non-consensually drugged, Obsession escalates to kidnapping, Time Loop of Trauma, Time loops erasing good things you've done, Time travel to make things better ends up making them worse.

For this fandom, so far I've seen the live action Netflix show and about a third of the anime, so either of those universes is fine. I really like the creepy dynamic these two have, Yashiro's obsession and Satoru's determination to fix things. A note--if you're going to go in a creepily sexual direction, I'd prefer Satoru be twenty-six or twenty-nine, not the eleven-year-old (at least in body) he is for much of the story. I don't mind bad things happening to eleven-year-old Satoru but if that's where you're going with this, please don't make them sexual.

To get into specifics: My initial instinct is just, kidnapping. Yashiro kidnapping Satoru as a kid or Yashiro kidnapping Satoru after framing him for murder (maybe in an alternate future where enough kids were saved for Satoru to catch Yashiro's attention but Yashiro was still never caught) or Yashiro kidnapping Satoru after he wakes up from his coma, whether it's before or after he gets his memories back, and fucked up things coming from there. Within these scenarios, some ideas:

-Where drugs and bondage are involved, Yashiro obviously has few qualms about using them for his kidnapping and murder schemes.
-Hypothermia--Yashiro kidnaps Satoru after he realizes he can't follow through on the drowning idea (or after a cold showdown). Satoru doesn't go comatose but he's not healthy either.
-Creepy fluff and "it's for your own good"--Maybe Yashiro still acts parental towards the twenty-six-year-old Satoru and treats him like a child.

Other ideas: The time loop/time travel of trauma tags seem suggestive. Maybe as Satoru tries to prevent deaths Yashiro actually ends up killing more people or more brutally because he's frustrated, or maybe Satoru just fails to prevent the deaths, or maybe he succeeds in saving others but keeps on making things worse for himself. Or, what if Yashiro remembers one of the time loops and uses his knowledge against Satoru?

Gattaca
Characters/Ships:
Jerome Eugene Morrow
Tags: Alcohol abuse/alcoholism, Blackmail, Blood kink, Child abuse, Depression, Kidapping, Non-consensual bondage, Not knowing how to be loved, Obsession, Obsession escalates to kidnapping, Restraining character so they don't hurt themself, Self harm, Self destructive behavior, Suicidal thoughts, Stalking

Gattaca is the only fandom on this list I regularly request, for the reason that I'm eternally fucked up over Eugene. Okay let me just say that I know this is a dark fic but please don't kill him, okay? There are enough fics about Eugene being dead. I'm over it. Let's see him suffering but alive.
Oh, and if you make this shippy, I don't have strong ship opinions. Vincent/Eugene is a valid ship (lols, valid) but I'm not super attached to it. Eugene/Irene is a favorite of mine but I don't know how it would fit with some of these prompts. And I'm fine with gen.

Some specific ideas:
-I'd be interested in seeing an obsessed fan of Eugene's catch up with him? Someone who knew him from his Olympic days, maybe? And stalking him or kidnapping him--Eugene lives in a big, empty, lonely house and he's alone for most of the day, so he's certainly vulnerable.

-Alcoholism, suicidal thoughts and depression are just canon. It would be interesting to see how you play with them.

-Blood kink: Gattaca-verse is all about genetics, and genes are in your blood! So, maybe someone breaks open a vial of Eugene's blood and waxes morbidly lyrical. Or maybe someone attacks Eugene and waxes lyrical while he's bleeding out (Vincent to the rescue?).

-I'd love a fic where Vincent or someone else stages an intervention to prevent Eugene from committing suicide after discovering his "travel plans", hence the restraint prompt as well as the prompts on self destructive behavior/self harm. Honestly it would be pretty cathartic to just see someone force Eugene to live. I'm telling you, I'm not okay about him being dead! It's been like five years since I first saw the movie and I'm still not okay.

How to Get Away With Murder
Characters/Ships:
Wes Gibbins, Annalise Keating
Tags: Character conceals evidence of abusive relationship, Character uses phrase "it's for your own good", Creepy Fluff, Deliberately induced Stockholm Syndrome, Dubiously Consensual Bathing, Dubious Consent, Fever, Forced isolation, Guilt over corrupting a good person, Gunshot wounds, Hallucinations lead to dubcon sex, Kidnapping, Mental institutions, Non-consensual bondage, Possessiveness, Presumed dead, Restraining someone so they don't hurt themself, Self destructive behavior, Suicidal thoughts, Teaming up with your spouse's murderer.

Wes is my favorite character in this show, but Annalise is a close second. For most of these tags I'd prefer to see bad things happen to Wes but not all. Oh, and I enjoy Annalise/Wes as well as a platonic Annalise & Wes but since I didn't nominate that it obviously isn't a requirement, feel free to write about only one of them. Ship-wise I also like Wes/Rebecca, Wes/Meggy, Wes/Laurel, Wes/Connor...I also kind of like the idea of Connor/Wes/Oliver, but recognize it's unlikely (and probably would be difficult to wrangle).
As of now I still haven't seen beyond Season Two. I hear Wes dies. I'll probably watch Season Three before the fics for this exchange are revealed, so don't feel the need to steer clear of those spoilers, but also, please don't kill off Wes or Annalise.

Some ideas:

-Wes is concealing an abusive relationship (with Rebecca? With someone else?) but Annalise notices the signs and gets it out of him. And she intervenes, probably in a way Wes wouldn't approve of. Alternatively, Annalise's relationship with Sam or someone else is abusive but she's hiding it, and eventually Bonnie or Frank or someone else figures it out.

-Wes says in episode one that employees can have Stockholm Syndrome in the workplace. Maybe Annalise is manipulating Wes into loving her or being dependent on her. (Well, I mean, Connor would claim this is basically canon, but explore it.)

-Annalise is hallucinating on pain killers and has sex with someone without fully realizing what she's doing.

-Wes in Season Two being checked into a psych ward was such an interesting time. Honestly I was rooting for the psych ward to help him more than it did, or for him to stay longer, because I'm concerned about him. So, maybe a piece about him being in a mental institution more long-term, maybe because he's harming himself, behaving in a self destructive manner, or really is having suicidal thoughts. In this case I'd like to see some strong comfort with the hurt. Also, maybe Annalise is involved in this? Like, maybe she checks him into the institution or comes to visit him but tells him she thinks he should be there (and wow, you can bet he wouldn't be happy about that).

-Kidnapping is as per normal, I will always want and love kidnapping fics. Preferably I'd like to see Wes be kidnapped, whether it be by Annalise and company or an original character or a canonical villainous/morally-gray character. If you get Annalise kidnapped, I want to see her kidnapper's ass get kicked and vengeance get taken.

-How about Annalise caring for Wes while he's in one of his sort of fugue states, like at the end of Season One or when he's incredibly sleep deprived? Cue the dubiously consensual bathing, the fever etc.

Kado: The Right Answer
Characters/Ships:
Yaha-kui zaShunina/Kojiro Shindo
Tags: Blood and violence, Branded/marked as property, Breathplay, Broken bone, Captivity, Character is dead and doesn't know it, Character uses phrase "it's for your own good", Dependent on enemy for survival, Forced isolation, Forced relationship, Forced to stay alive past natural lifespan, Hostage situations, If I can't have you no one can, Loss of limb function, Possessiveness, Power Imbalance, Soulmates gone wrong, Stockholm Syndrome, Touch-starved.

I literally watched this because I saw it in the tagset but now that I've watched it I concur--this fandom definitely needs some dark fic of the zaShunina/Shindo variety.

-zaShunina doesn't care if it isn't "the right answer", he's still going to take Shindo to the anisotropic with him! Cue Shindo staying alive past the human lifespan and probably a certain amount of "forced relationship".

-zaShunina holds Shindo captive in Kado while he continues the advancement of humankind, putting the assumption to the anisotropic off until the Nanomis-hein is a little more far-spread. Maybe he heals Shindo after a major wound. At the very least Shindo's dependent on him for survival. He might incapacitate Shindo through "loss of limb function", using his powers to stop Shindo's body from working, or perhaps just allows him to wander around in a pocket dimension, trapped and alone.

-Shindo's still working with zaShunina of his own free will but he doesn't realize that he's becoming more and more isolated as zaShunina makes him spend more and more time with him in Kado. He's also slowly becoming touch-starved, and maybe getting a little Stockholm Syndrome.

-Can we talk about that fucked up scene with all the Shindo clones? For "character doesn't realize he's dead", how about zaShunina interacting with the clones, who don't realize the real Shindo is long gone--or that if they test his temper even slightly he'll probably just slaughter them because seeing them already hurts enough. Alternatively, maybe a scene of a captive Shindo seeing zaShunina interact with an oblivious clone--ooh, creepy.

Monster
Characters/Ships:
Kenzo Tenma, Johan Liebert/Kenzo Tenma
Tags: Captivity, Creepy Fluff, Daddy Issues, Dependent on Enemy for Survival, Dubiously Consensual Bathing, Fever, Gunplay, Hypothermia, Jealousy Leads to Murder, Kidnapping, Loss of Identity, Lovestruck villain uses murder to flirt with hero, Non-Consensual Bondage, Non-consensually drugged, Not knowing how to be loved, Obsession escalates to kidnapping, On the Run From the Authorities, Presumed Dead, Stalking.

I've only ever seen a couple Johan/Tenma fics out there but they were high quality. So. I'mma try my luck.
Pls don't kill Tenma or Johan off. Or Eva. Thanks.

Some ideas:
-Johan kidnaps Tenma. Maybe because he wants to build himself a family (in which case he might get Nina involved too) or maybe just because of his own obsession. Tenma either is still trying to murder him or tries to convince him to Change His Ways.

-Johan and Tenma are both on the run from the authorities for their own separate reasons. Maybe in some world Tenma decides not to kill Johan and instead when he catches up with Johan they go on the worst road trip ever, as Johan tries to convince Tenma to kill him and Tenma just tries to stop him from killing people and maybe show him he's loved.

-Tenma gets super sick. Johan, who's been keeping an eye on Tenma from close by lately, is concerned. Tenma isn't allowed to die until he kills him! So of course Johan must nurse Tenma back to health, no matter how much this creeps Tenma out.
